A good start to the year, and St davids day. Started off well powered on the 9 trix and crazy fly, in 25-30 knots. had fun on a shallow sand bar with a fun heaving warping wave. After a hour the wind dropped off, so I poped in for the 13 instinct and also grabbed my carafino 130x40 for its maiden voyage. With the wind around 16-20 knots I was well powered and had a epic session, the board is wicked, a lot more flex than I' d normally have, but it works, turns are tight and controlled. Chased Wills kite over the estuary and wrapped his bar up then left it to carry on floating over to Borth.
